  VICE CHAIRMAN LEMAN  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to            
 order at 10:49 a.m., and brought  SJR 8  (PRIMARY MFG OF PUBLICLY             
 OWNED TIMBER) before the committee as the first order of business.            
                                                                               
  SENATOR TAYLOR  moved SJR 8 be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no         
 objection, it was so ordered.
